magister.uns.ac.rs/conf | In this rapidly changing world, basic competencies and their kaleidoscopic-like continuous renewal entails the existence of knowledge which can be mobilized, with which we can be ready to adapt to new constellations, to accommodate and deal with them. Knowledge acquisition, the creation of skills - as well as positive attitude associated with all of them - play a fundamental role in the development of competencies, the existence of which ensures success in our professional and everyday lives.
Throughout the development of competencies, the goal is to improve the individual's ability to act by using their already existing knowledge, however, traditional explicit knowledge is increasingly being replaced by implicit knowledge. In possession of knowledge and skills, with the adequate approach, we are able to create a flexible tool that makes the impulses of the world within us and outside of us suitable for relevant actions in various situations. In order to achieve the above mentioned, the interplay of countless moments and factors is necessary.
Our conference provides space for publicizing the research aspects of the development, characterization and use of competences, as well as many related phenomena. Topics such as:
|
– the flexible use of the mother tongue and its versatile application for obtaining information, understanding language communications, expressing opinions and thoughts, creative work, reasoning and building relationships;
– a positive attitude towards the tasks and life situations in which one has to make decisions related to numbers and quantities, as well as orient oneself in space and time;
– examination of what competencies students might need during their adult lives in order to live as useful members of a culture, small and large communities and society;
– what methods can an individual use to learn the models and data collection and data analysis tools of mathematics, social science and natural science to understand the phenomena of the surrounding world;
– communication and collaboration on digital platforms, creation and shaping of digital content, as well as safe device use in various areas of life;
– how the individual identifies their own abilities and interests, and acquires the basic knowledge of physical, mental and emotional health, how the individual recognizes risk and protective factors.
We have listed only a few of the possible topics related to the competences, however, our aim is to cover the range of topics and for the conference applicants to cover our topic with their presentations in the most flexible way possible.
